Zymox® Otic Protocol is used for the treatment of acute and chronic otitis externa (inflammation of the internal ear canal) is due to bacterial, viral and yeast infections. Zymox is highly effective in the treatment of these infections including staphylococcus, pseudomonas, proteus and malassezia.

Zymox® aids in the treatment of bacterial,fungal and yeast infections of the ear. It aids in the relief of inflammation and itching. It cleans your dog's ears, with no need for other ear cleansing solutions, and it can treat mild infections within 5 days and 10 days for chronic infections.

Zymox is easy to administer. It destroys antibiotic resistant microorganisms. It doesn't contain any antibiotics. It is easy to use.

Any of the following can increase your dog's likelihood to suffer from otisis and bacterial or yeast infections:

• Excessive skin folds in ear
• Regular moisture in the ear (due to bathing, swimming, etc.)
• Floppy ear carriage
• Stenosis
• Excessive hair
• Excessive cerumen (ear wax) production
• Suppressed immune system
• Systemic antibiotics

Zymox® acts as cleaner and medication with one daily dose. It is highly effective in the treatment of bacterial, fungal and yeast infections including staphylococcus, pseudomonas, proteus and malassezia. Do not clean your dog's ear before or during treatment. Do not use any other ear preparations while treating your dog with Zymox® Otic Protocol as the enzyme activity may be disrupted.

• Do not clean your dog's ear.
• Apply liberally in your dog's ear to fill canal.
• Gently massage and work into infected area.
• Wipe to remove excess.
• Treat once a day for 7 days, 14 for chronic.
• Flush ear post treatment.
